Heading to Taipei

Tomorrow: Taipei!

I'm flying to Taipei tomorrow. It'll be my first (and only?) time flying pregnant. The doctor said that I should wear compression socks, and since I have low placenta, I should avoid strenuous activity. We're going sightseeing and eating; I think I'll be all right. She also double checked that I had gotten a flu shot.

I land on Friday. I'll hang out, 1-on-1, with Mom for a couple days before Mike joins us on Sunday. Then, on Tuesday, the whole Frick family of four and our friends Cheddie (Cherry and Eddie) will descend upon Taipei. This is going to be an epic Thanksgiving of munching our way through Taipei in 4.5 days. That's right -- FOUR days! We might be going at a pretty quick pace so I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up a daily blog, but we shall see.
